First type of prayer:
The prayer of worship or of praise

• God as “Father” in the Old Testament is found approximately 15 times.

• Jesus refers to God as “Father” in the four Gospels alone 165+ times.

• Paul refers to God as “Father” 40+ times.

God’s Priorities in Prayer
• The lost being saved

• That God would lead and guide those in authority (parental, spiritual, governmental, workplace)

• That His will would be done in us and through us

Second type of prayer:
The prayer of intercession

Third type of prayer:
The prayer of faith

Fourth type of prayer:
The prayer of maintenance

• Ask God to check your heart and motives.

• Receive His forgiveness for any area that He brings to mind.

• Forgive anyone who has offended you in any way.
