Focus: All the time?!?!

Foundation Scripture: Ephesians 6:1-19 KJV

Prayer Points:
1. Believers are obedient and passionate about prayer.
2. Believers are mindful to pray, especially for other believers.
3. Boldness and increased revelation regarding the preaching of the Gospel.
4. Sunday Services and The Growth & Expansion of Linked Up Church.

Introduction:
We have the best Volunteers…Servers of God on the planet earth! Our Dream Teams are 2nd to known. They serve so that you can have an unforgettable experience with the Lord, but there is room for more members to join. Some of the same Dream Teamers serve every week. It ought not be so. Our Pastor’s desire is that all members of LinkedUP get connected to our vision by serving on a Dream Team or by becoming part of a Connect Group.

What does God expect?

1. Remain in His presence.
2. Follow His plan.
3. Love Him
4. Serve Him

POINT 1: Serve God with Everything You Have!

1. God is sending an urgent message to those who have ears to hear.

2. Seize the day

1. The Rich young ruler had been partially obeying but not fully.

2. Jesus is telling you with urgency, stop coveting the gifts the Good Father has given you.

3. Keeping God’s commandments are the prerequisites for entering into the life that God desires for you to have.

1.“Follow” literally means “be a disciple of your leader’s teaching.”

2.“Serve” means to labor/serve/work in Ministry!

3. Holy Trifecta – Operating in you (Holy Spirit), -on you (God), -before you (Jesus)

4. God expects us to be workers because He is a worker!

People Serve is Just as Important to God as Healing & Miracles!

1. Be Strong through Grace - You have Influence.

2. Teach Truths to the Trustworthy - serving/labor/work/ministry.

3. The drive to serve is in you.

1. Be a good faithful, committed soldier.

2. Be as a world class athlete.

3. Be as a crop harvesting farmer

1. Servants are “obedient,” they submit to authority.

2. Submission verses True submission.

3. Dual roles complement each other.

1. Gifts given to benefit the church.

2. Serving is the common denominator.

3. God places a high priority on Service!

1. Servers should take pride in serving.

2.“Pray” means to see a need, make known the need and then supplicate until that need is met.

3. God created Dream Teams, to be the provision.

POINT 3: God will Defend Your Right to Serve!

1. HELPS mirrors the Holy Trinity.

2. Satan uses discouragement.

3. Jesus uses encouragement.

Conclusion:

I challenge you to receive Jesus, become a member, and serve on a Dream Team!
Serve with all you have, be a good soldier, be fully obedient, be truly submitted.

1. Be like Nehemiah & his team, “have a mind to work!”
2. Be like Paul, “I am God’s to command!”
3. Be like Jesus, “I came to serve!”
