Do Not Fear

Do Not Fear

Jesus is risen indeed! His resurrection from the dead means that we don't have to live our lives in fear. For followers of Jesus, death is a gateway to glory - not a dead-end to decay. Let's celebrate together the hope that extends far beyond the grave into life forever!

This Week's Sermon: Do Not Fear
Death is a gateway to glory - not a dead-end to decay
Baptism – TODAY - Sun. 3/31, 9:30 & 11 a.m. gatherings:
Baptism is a public witness of an internal reality, that the person has passed from death to life by trusting Jesus for salvation. Today we will baptize Marcie Morrell, Tylan Silos, Jaylen Schledewitz, Ali Neidhardt, Kate Kautz, Corey Miller, David Fitzpatrick, Shawn Morrison, and Samantha Abbott
Jesus' resurrection empowers us to live without fear

Next Week's Sermon

Today we saw Jesus' call to follow him through being baptized (identifying with Jesus) and in learning to obey all that Jesus commanded. But how do we go about obeying Jesus in his commands? We must abide (a deep connection) with Christ. This abiding isn't a quick moment, a mere verse of the day, or a passing prayer, but an ongoing and vibrant connection to Jesus. We'll explore what this looks like.
