Encounters With Jesus - the Centurion

This Sunday, Jason will be continuing our Encounters series with his message on the Centurion... Jason says, "Many of us have heard the 'Serenity Prayer'. Part of it states “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” How do you react in times of crisis? Do you have the wisdom to know the difference between what you can control and what you cannot? And where does God sit in all of this? This Sunday we will be looking at a centurion's faith in a time of crisis, a faith that amazes Jesus! A faith that amazes the omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent incarnate Son of God! Can we have that same faith in our time of crisis?"
