1. Imagine yourself as one of the disciples in the boat in the middle of the storm. Describe what you would see, hear and feel.

2. The disciples had rowed most of the night and were only in the middle of the sea, more than likely frustrated. How have you been frustrated when doing what God has given you to do?
3. The boat was battered and tossed about by the storm. Describe a time when you felt that way while dealing with a storm.
4. The disciples were afraid when they saw Jesus walking towards them, not recognizing who it was. What would help you notice Jesus at work?
5. Jesus calms the disciples by saying It is I, don’t be afraid. How does the presence of Jesus help you to overcome fear, doubt and anxiety?
6. Jesus didn’t get into the boat until the disciples welcomed Him. What aspect of your life do you need to invite Jesus into?
7. Once the disciples invited Jesus in, they arrived at their destination. How has your life been impacted by inviting Jesus into your life?
