Virtue signaling is a pejorative neologism for the expression of a disingenuous moral viewpoint with the intent of communicating good character.”
“One of the crucial aspects of virtue signaling is that it does not require actually doing anything virtuous.” - James Bartholemew

To keep your lovely face
Ever before my eyes
This is my prayer
Make it my strong desire
That in my secret heart
No other love competes
No rival throne survives
And I serve only you

APPLICATION
Good works and good deeds aren’t for our glory, but for God’s glory. Ephesians 2:10 says, we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. . God has good works for each of us to do, and we do them most effectively when we abide in Him.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to keep you as my focus. I pray that all the good that I do in this world would flow from my relationship with you.
