In Jesus' first miracle, we witness His power in an unexpected way. The miracle wasn't grand, publicized or for the elite. Instead, His provision was for ordinary people, exceeding the needs of those present. Jesus sustains us in ways beyond our comprehension, yet He consistently provides.

Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name. John 20:30-31 (NLT)

2. Jesus provided for the bride and groom at their wedding feast. How has God provided for you when you didn’t have enough?

3. If you had been one of the wedding guests or one of the servants, how would you have reacted to seeing Jesus turn the water into wine?

4. Mary believed that Jesus could miraculously fix the situation. How does your belief in Jesus’ power and authority affect how you live your life?

5. The servants heard the instructions from Jesus and immediately obeyed. What helps you be open to following Jesus’ direction?

6. This first miracle revealed His glory. Where do you see Jesus’ glory manifested today? Look for ways to share this with others.

7. The disciples grew deeper in their belief in Jesus upon witnessing this miracle. How have you noticed Jesus working in your life lately?
