There are several accounts in the Bible of Jesus healing people in physical, miraculous ways. We believe the Spirit of Jesus continues to show His healing power in many ways today.

Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
James 5:14-15 (NIV)

1. What’s something significant you heard from the message on Physical Healing, or from the Bible, or God’s Spirit this week?

2. Why do you believe that Jesus does or doesn’t physically heal people today?

3. When have you asked for, seen or experienced physical healing?

4. What purposes of healing do you find in these verses?

5. What are some things God might want to do in our suffering?

6. How or when has your trust in God been tested or grown?

7. Why do some people not receive the type of healing they think they need?

8. What does God want all of us to experience?

9. What do you need to ask God to do today? Share that with someone who’ll pray with you.
