4. Proper rest. Get to bed at a certain time. Get up at a certain time.
5. Eat healthier. Give up snacks or limit yourself. More produce instead of sweets.
6. Read instead of watching so much: YouTube, Google, movies, streaming, and video games.
7. Guard the eye gate.
8. Listen to Godly words, music, and interactions.
9. Make something constructive.
10. Enjoy nature.
