Ultimate purpose of my life is to Make a Difference

What will people remember when we're gone?

Legacy
(Psalm 112:5-6 NIV) Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice. Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever.

(Proverbs 11:25 NLT) The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.
Got to into Get to.

External Obligation to Internal Motivation

(Philippians 2:12-13 NLT) ... now , it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.

From Law to Grace
As God gives us more..... We do more for God and His people.

(2 Corinthians 8:1-12 NIV) And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity..... Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it, according to your means. For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptableaccording to what one has, not according to what one does not have.
1. I am grateful not guilty.

(1 Chronicles 29:14-16 NIV) "But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand. ... LORD our God, all this abundance that we have provided for building you a temple for your Holy Name comes from your hand, and all of it belongs to you.
2. I love people the way God does.

(Acts 4:32-33 MSG) The whole congregation of believers was united as one—one heart, one mind! They didn’t even claim ownership of their own possessions. No one said, “That’s mine; you can’t have it.” They shared everything. The apostles gave powerful witness to the resurrection of the Master Jesus, and gracewas on all of them.
3. I fell in love with Jesus.

(Psalm 116:12 NLT) What can I offer the LORD for all he has done for me?
When you understand Jesus gave everything, generosity is easy.
