1. Spend time this week in your prayer time not asking, but thanking God.
2. Make a thankful journal—at least one thing you are thankful for each day.
3. Show your thankfulness to people by telling five people thanks each day.
4. Ask God to open your eyes to be thankful for things.
5. Find Scriptures of Thanksgiving to God.
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. I Thessalonians 5:18
