Are you wanting to grow in your Spiritual journey?

Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

Upcoming Events.

September 23rd - River Church BBQ
We are going to have a backyard BBQ here at the River at 5:00 p.m on Saturday, September 23rd. The church will be providing pulled pork and hotdogs. Anyone who wishes to attend, please sign up at the connection tent after the service. If you would like to bring a side dish or a dessert you can sign up for that at the table as well. Please bring some lawn chairs and feel free to bring any yard games!

September 28th - Blood Drive
There will be a mobile blood drive here at The River from 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. Sign up online by going to donortime.com

October 6th - Ladies Unshakable Conference
An evening gathering of women seeking Jesus, overcoming life's challenges, and growing resilient through encouraging messages, worship, and community. This is a regional event and limited tickets will be available. You can register at hittheriver.com/events. Grab your girlfriends from the area and secure your spots for a special night of purpose and fun! Contact leslie@hittheriver.com with any questions.

October 8th - Child Dedication
On Sunday, October 8th, we will be having a baby/child dedication during both of our services (9:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.). This is a great opportunity to publicly declare your commitment to raising your child to become a Christ follower. Sign up at our website at HitTheRiver.com/Events.

October 28th - Fall Fest
Your whole family and friends are invited to The River's Fall Festival! Bring your kids to The River on October 28 from 1:00 -1:45 for Trunk or Treat, and then stick around until 3 p.m. for inflatables, family activities, treats, and community. Sign-up to host a trunk during Trunk or Treat on our website and stay tuned for more information about the festival!

Local Serving Opportunity

Serve City is a food pantry in Hamilton, Ohio, dedicated to serving the needs of Butler County’s low-income and homeless individuals and families. The River Church has supported this ministry for many years. We are in need of volunteers to help at the food pantry on Saturday mornings. River Kids & River Youth

Attention Youth Girls!
Tween girls in grades 6th-8th grade, join us for a Bible study this fall. We will be meeting during first service at 9:30 in the youth room to go over the bible study titled, "Seamless - Understanding the Bible as One Complete Story". This Bible study was written by Angie Smith and is designed for teen girls. Please purchase the book prior to our first session on September 17th. High school girls 9th - 12th grade, join us for a Bible study to reignite your faith. We will be going through the bible study titled "Wake Up" by Gabrielle McCullough. We will be meeting during the second service at 11:00 am in the youth room every first and third Sunday of the month starting on September 17th. Please purchase your book prior to the first session. The River Youth Fall Retreat is November 10-12 at Scioto Hills Retreat Center! We will spend the weekend drawing on stories from Jesus' life. Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in joining our Coffee team? Coffee team members come a little early on Sunday mornings to set up and make coffee. Whether brewing coffee or maintaining small talk, these volunteers have smiles on their faces and love making our cafe a little more inviting.
