In a world that is constantly moving you have to be intentional about being still.

MAKE A PLAN

Defense:
· No phone during meal
· No technology 30 minutes before bed
· No social media during one day of the week
· No checking work email outside of work hours
· No more than an hour of TV a night
· No social media notifications

Offense:
· Start a daily Bible reading plan
· Have a consistent prayer time
· Listen to worship music on the way to and from work
· Eat healthy meals
· Start attending a reGroup and find community
· Listen to a leadership podcast
