1. God doesn't take pride lightly - Proverbs 11:2, Proverbs 16:5, Proverbs 16:18, Proverbs 18:12
2.You can't love God and love the world - 1 John 2:15-17, Matthew 6:24
3.Our pride gets in the way of our spiritual growth
4. God shows favor to the humble.
