1. What is God saying to you as result of the question and answer time?

4. Joshua 24:15 says, “But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” If your marriage or relationship is close to God, describe a time when you choose for yourself to follow God. If you are struggling to follow God, what’s an area you need to choose to follow God? What next step can you take to follow God closer today?
5. Joshua 24:17-18 says, “It was the Lord our God himself who brought us and our parents up out of Egypt, from that land of slavery, and performed those great signs before our eyes. He protected us on our entire journey and among all the nations through which we traveled. 18And the Lord drove out before us all the nations, including the Amorites, who lived in the land. We too will serve the Lord, because he is our God.” Finish this sentence for your own life, “It was the lord our God himself who....” What has the Lord seen you through? What has the Lord rescued your from? Where would you be without Him? Take a moment and in great humility rededicate yourself back to God. Share with you spouse or close relationship about your decision to follow God.
