I. Our love can never be strong enough
“Human love, for all its power in other ways, cannot ensure that what is desired for the beloved will actually happen (as multitudes of star crossed lovers and heartbroken parents know), divine love is a function of omnipotence [ultimate and unlimited power] and has at its heart an almighty purpose to bless which cannot be thwarted.”

II. God's love cannot fail
Key Theme:
The true love of the Almighty God will never fail.
Key Application:
Walk in, pursue, trust in the unfailing plans of God for you that are sure because of us unfailing love.
KeyVerse:
Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.”
Key Questions:
1. Has the love of man ever failed you? Have you ever with the best intentions sought to bring about good for someone you love only to have it thwarted? Explain.
2. How does Jesus becoming flesh and dying on the cross not only show us what real love is but also guarantees the fulfillment of his plans for us?
3. In what ways do you need to practically grow in resting in God’s love for you? When circumstances are bad? When things are good?

Give Online
Church family, we praise God for how faithfully in so many respects you give. Our church family is undeniably generous, but we still have great needs for supplication. We ask that you give joyfully, faithfully and sacrificially in response to how our great God and Savior has given to us.
