WE ARE IRRATIONALLY GENEROUS so others can know that they are loved.
ARE YOU MEASURING WHAT MATTERS TO GOD?
NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU HAVE, IT’s VERY LITTLE COMPARED WITH THE TRUE RICHES HEAVEN!
YOUR A CONDUIT OF GOD’S BLESSINGS.
YOUR HEART CAN ONLY HAVE ONE LOVE.
JESUS GIVES A COME TO JESUS MEETING!
REAL HONEST TODAY, THERE’S A RICH MAN IN US ALL!
American’s on average give away 2.8% of their income.
American’s on average give away 2.8% of their income.
2 TRAPS OF THE RICH MAN THAT CHOKED OUT “UNTIL KINGDOM COME” ADVANCEMENT:
1. WHAT’S MINE IS MINE AND I’M GOING TO KEEP IT!
1. WHAT’S MINE IS MINE AND I’M GOING TO KEEP IT!
THE KINGDOM OF GOD, RARELY ADVANCES FURTHER THAN YOUR GENEROSITY!
Wealth brought the Rich Man no closer to heaven’s doorstep than it brought him to his own doorstep to help poor Lazarus.

2. DRAWING LINES TO KEEP PEOPLE OUT!!
Lazarus, was laid down at the rich man’s gate, apparently close enough for him to see the food apparently just far enough away that the rich man could SAFELY IGNORE HIM.
We are all beggars helping other beggars find the food!
We are all beggars helping other beggars find the food!
TIME WE START CROSSING LINES TO BRING PEOPLE IN.
WHAT I HAVE IS NOT MINE. I’M JUST THE DELIVER BOY!
WHAT I HAVE IS NOT MINE. I’M JUST THE DELIVER BOY!
Talk It Over
1. What stuck out to you the most about the message? What was God saying to you?
2. Matthew 6:21 says, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” In other words, you show me the location of your treasure and I’ll show you your heart. Your heart and money are connected. If God pulled your personal Heavenly Treasurer report today what would you expect Him to see on it? On a scale of red, orange, yellow, green, how would you rate your personal invest- ment in the things of God? Why?
3. Pastor Sean said, “The Kingdom of God rarely advances further than your generosity.” Much like Rich Man there is opportunity all around us to bring God’s Kingdom here, but like the disciples God often doesn’t bless until the bread leaves our hands. Would you consider yourselves someone who more likely holds onto God’s blessings or someone who is a conduit of God’s blessings? If you are a conduit, describe what it was the God showed you that made you become a conduit? If you are holding on what is one step you can take to be a conduit of blessings
4. Luke 16:20-21says, “At his (rich man’s) gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and long- ing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. The rich man built a gate and thought he would isolate and insulate himself a safe distance away from humanity and neglected to de- liver hope and the Gospel to Lazarus. It’s easy to forget as Pastor Sean said, “We are just the delivery boy!” What gates have you built that keep you from delivering the message of hope? What items do you have in your possession that God could use to bless others for the rich man it was as simple as a crumb! Who in your life needs you to deliver the blessing of God and the Gospel?
5. Let’s get into God’s Word! Are you willing to read the Bible for 15 minutes a day everyday to see how God changes your life? Share this commitment with one other person to help keep you accountable for the next 30 days.
