Why do I need the Church (ekklesia)?

EKKLESIA: a physical assembly or gathering of people with a shared purpose.

Acts 19:32, ekklesia = assembly
Acts 11:26, ekklesia = church

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CHURCH:
1. The Church is never less than a physical gathering, of multiple people, on mission for Jesus. It's never an individual alone.
2. The Church is never less than a physical gathering, but it's always more.

Acts 2:42, TEACHING, FELLOWSHIP, MEALS, PRAYER.

The Church is a GATHERING of people on MISSION for Jesus.

In scripture, The Church is compared to a BODY, MARRIAGE, FLOCK.

When you aren't here, the body is incomplete.
You are only as strong as you are connected.
In your faith, you will stop growing when you aren't a part of the gathering.

CHALLENGES:
I commit to ENGAGING WITH THE CHURCH GATHERING.
I commit to TAKING MY NEXT STEP TO CONTRIBUTE TO MY CHURCH.
