Here’s what Sabbath is… A faithful intermission, an act of faith in which God’s people trust him enough to set aside a day off for wonder filled worship and resplendent rest, purposeful play with the result that we would be refreshed spiritually, physically and emotionally.
Four Keys to a Solid Sabbath:

2) Worship the One who Gave you this day

4) Grace filled Community
