Why march?

1. It was a testimony of praise to God who had done the work (Nehemiah 6:16)

2. It demonstrating the entire wall belonged to God and was being dedicated for His Glory

3. It claiming God’s blessing by stepping out in faith
(Genesis 14:5; Joshua 1:3)

What We Learn

1. To dedicate something is to surrender it to God, to be used for His glory

2. What God really wants is us

Romans 12:1
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
