(Ephesians 6:10-13 NLT) A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God's armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.
(Ephesians 6:17 NLT) Put on salvation as your helmet,....
SAVED from
• Penalty of sin (PAST)
• Power of sin (PRESENT)
• Presence of sin (FUTURE)
(Romans 7:25 NLT) Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind I really want to obey God's law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin.
(Ephesians 4:21-23 NLT) Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.

√ Putting on the Helmet of Salvation is actually putting on your IDENTITY IN CHRIST.
(Ephesians 6:14 NLT) Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God's righteousness.

Righteousness is being in RIGHT STANDING with God.
(Matthew 22:37 NLT) Jesus replied, "'You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.'
(Romans 4:22-24 NLT) And because of Abraham's faith, God counted him as righteous. And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn't just for Abraham's benefit. It was recorded for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.
√ Breastplate keeps us CONFIDENT in my identity a forgiven and righteous CHILD OF GOD.
(2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT) This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
