1. Pastor Sean said,"Faith isn’t the absence of doubt, it’s the overwhelming presence of a promise.” What doubts have overshadowed God's promises in your life? Describe how a specific doubt has effected your life? What helped you overcome your doubt?
2. Lamentation 3:22-23 says,“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. 23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Make a list of as many of God's promises as you can and discuss them with your family or Life Group. Which one speaks to you the most and why? Which on do you need to constantly remember, memorize, and declare everyday to yourself?
3. How strong is your faith in God promises on a scale of 1-5? What would it take to increase your faith by just one number? What would it take for you to have enough faith to pick out a meeting spot for you and your loved ones in Heaven?
4. Listen to the song “Promises" and spend time praising God! Thank Him, surrender to Him, and walk away faith filled!
