“I AM the light of the world.”
Yahweh didn’t only command the light to shine in Genesis 1. HE IS the light of the world.
Light is the essence of his being.
"IK BEN het licht van de wereld."
Jahweh beval niet alleen het licht om te schijnen in Genesis 1. HIJ IS het licht van de wereld.
Licht is de essentie van zijn wezen.

The man not only was healed of physical blindness. He was also healed of spiritual blindness!
