HOW TO PRAY
Dear God,
Give us wisdom and clear direction in all we do today. Help us to show Your love to each other and to shine Your light into the world. Keep us close to You, away from temptation, and always in Your will. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What would happen if your marriage was Christ Centered?
TALK IT OVER
1. What’s one of the funniest things you have fought about with your spouse or loved one? What’s something that you would say you have fought over consistently? Sean said, “Our relationships are always centered around something.” What would you say is at the center of your relationships?
2. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 4:12 “A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.” Everything changes when you add the 3rd person into your marriage - Jesus. How has Jesus shaped and changed you marriage or family relationships? If you have a strong Jesus centered marriage what advice would you give to others who don’t have Jesus in the center? What is one step you can take this week to move Christ closer to the center of your marriage or life?
3. Pastor Sean said that the greatest way to put Jesus at the center of your marriage to pray together. On a scale of 1-10, where would you rank your prayer life this past week with your spouse or if single just on your own? Why? How has prayer shaped your marriage? If you don’t pray, what’s holding you back? If you pray inconsistency what time of day can you start to pray consistently? How do you think praying will shape you marriage if you where to do it for 21 days? Stop and pray together!
