1. Serve God, not gods.
Q: When has something become a "god"?
A: When you are willing to step outside of God's will to get it.
2. Look to God, not people.
"Look at God."
3. You have to make a choice.
TRUST GOD.
SUMMARY OF JOSHUA:
-Choose courage over fear. Obey God and experience His blessing. Be strong and courageous.
-Follow God's leading. Take steps of faith. Always remember what God has done.
-When you run into a wall, change your perspective. You are never alone. God is always with you. You are not in charge. God will not do what you can do and you cannot do what God can do. Persevere.
-To win the battle you've lost before, remember the first always belongs to God. Before you get caught, repent. Try again, this time with God.
-Look to God. Put your faith in God.
