Talk It Over

1. Barry said, that your foundation is built on the rock or built on sand. What words or phrases would you describe your foundation? Why? What would have to change shift your life more on the foundation of the rock? If you were to give one piece of wisdom to someone half your age about the importance of building on the rock, what would you say?

2. James 1:22 says, “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” Working on yourself isn’t found in the wisdom of the world, but is rooted in God’s truth. How important is your daily walk with God. What habits do you have that draw you closer to Him. What is one example of how listening and obeying God has strengthened your life?

At the end of the year when you look back at #2022; the camera roll, the post, the online interactions, what words do you want to use to describe this year - words like: breakout, freedom, growth, success, family, friendship. What would be your words and why? What are 2 actions steps you can take today to start writing your legacy?
