The life of a Christ Follower is not about being a spectator for a couple of hours on Sunday. Rather, we open the flood gates of heaven when we sacrificially give of our talents and time.

Both proceeded to build a house after hearing the way that leads to life.
Both build in the same general location.
How they built.
What they built on.
Rock (petra) does not mean a stone or even a boulder, but a great outcropping of rock, a large expanse of bedrock. It is solid, stable, and unmovable.
The mark of true discipleship is not simply hearing and believing, but believing and doing.
