THE SOLID ROCK

[Verse 1]
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’name.

[Chorus]
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand,
All other ground is sinking sand.

[Verse 2]
When darkness seems to hide His face,
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale,
My anchor holds within the veil.

[Verse 3]
His oath, His covenant, His blood
Support me in the whelming flood;
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my hope and stay.

[Verse 4]
When He shall come with trumpet sound,
Oh, may I then in Him be found;
Dressed in His righteousness alone,
Faultless to stand before the throne.

THE LORD IS MY SALVATION

[Verse 1]
The grace of God has reached for me, and pulled me form a raging sea,
And I am safe on this solid ground—The Lord is my salvation.

[Verse 2]
I will not fear when darkness falls, His strength will help me scale these walls.
I’ll see the dawn of the rising sun—The Lord is my salvation.

[Chorus 1]
Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love.
My debt is paid and the victory won—The Lord is my salvation.

[Verse 3]
My hope is hidden in the Lord, He flow’rs each promise of His word.
When winter fades, I know spring will come—The Lord is my salvation.

[Verse 4]
In times of waiting, times of need, when I know loss, when I am weak,
I know His grace will renew these days—The Lord is my salvation.

[Chorus 2]
Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love.
My debt is paid and the victory won—The Lord is my salvation.

[Verse 5]
And when I reach my final day, He will not leave me in the grave,
But I will rise, He will call me home—The Lord is my salvation.

[Chorus 3]
Who is like the Lord our God? Strong to save, faithful in love.
My debt is paid and the victory won—The Lord is my salvation.

[Bridge]
Glory be to God the Father. Glory be to God the Son.
Glory be to God the Spirit. The Lord is our salvation.
Glory be to God the Father. Glory be to God the Son.
Glory be to God the Spirit. The Lord is our salvation.
The Lord is our salvation. The Lord is our salvation.

BE STILL, MY SOUL

[Verse 1]
Be still my soul! the Lord is on thy side;
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change He faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul! thy best, thy heav’nly Friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

[Verse 2]
Be still, my soul! thy God doth undertake
To guide the future as He has the past.
Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake;
All now mysterious shall be bright at last.
Be still, my soul! the waves and winds still know
His voice who ruled them while He dwelt below.

[Verse 3]
Be still, my soul! the hour is hastening on
When we shall be forever with the Lord,
When disappointment, grief, and fear are gone,
Sorrow forgot, love’s purest joys restored.
Be still, my soul! when change and tears are past,
All safe and blessed we shall meet at last.

[Tag]
Be still, my soul! when change and tears are past,
All safe and blessed we shall meet at last.

TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS

[Verse 1]
O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!

[Chorus]
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.

[Verse 2]
Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
O’er us sin no more hath dominion—
For more than conq’rors we are!

[Verse 3]
His word shall not fail you—He promised;
Believe Him, and all will be well.
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!

10,000 REASONS (BLESS THE LORD)

[Chorus]
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.

[Verse 1]
The sun comes up, it’s a new day dawning; It’s time to sing Your song again.
Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me,
Let me be singing when the evening comes.

[Chorus]
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.

[Verse 2]
You’re rich in love and You’re slow to anger, Your name is great and Your heart is kind;
For all Your goodness I will keep on singing,
Then thousand reasons for my heart to find.

[Chorus]
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.

[Verse 3]
And on that day when my strength is failing, the end draws near and my time has come;
Still my soul will sing Your praise unending,
Then thousand years and then forever more.

[Chorus]
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name,
I’ll worship Your holy name, Lord, I’ll worship Your holy name.

Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name,
I’ll worship Your holy name, Lord, I’ll worship Your holy name.
