1. Sean said, “It’s 100% normal not to understand why bad things happen to you.” What are some questions about bad things that have happened in your life? Which one bothers you or interest you the most?

2. Genesis 3 depicts the origin of evil and sin. Sean said that, God neither produces or promotes evil, but He permits it because he love us and is patiently waiting for our salvation. How does it make you feel that Jesus was counted as evil on the cross, became our evil and the first thing he did when he set us free was run to us with his presence? How have you handled pain and lose in your own life? What questions come to mind as you process how the Bible answer the problem of evil?

3. John 16:33 says, "“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”” God wants to help answer your questions and tell us to “take heart" because He has overcome the world. What are some ways you can take heart? How do you think this will change your life? What one or two next steps you can take?

Give you the opportunity to start a relationship with Jesus:

God created us to be with him.
Our sins separate us from God.
Sins can’t be removed by good deeds.
Paying the price for sin Jesus died and rose again.
Everyone who trust in him alone has eternal life.
Life with Jesus starts now and last forever!
