May you jump into the arms of Jesus and may He push out into the world. May you be healed as you participate in the healing of others. Not because you must, but because you may. This is why we were born!

Beyond Sunday
The series Together: Responding to His Great Love is foundational to our new beginning at PCC. By studying 12 aspects of God’s unlimited love in the Book of 1 John, our hope is that it would bond and empower us to passionately follow Christ, love ourselves and others more as we move into our future. This week we focus on the loving, lavishing springs of life, fellowship and joy that God provides.

1. What human has loved you most and what did they provide for you?

2. Ponder: What is God’s love like to you? Then finish this sentence. God’s love is like… Have you received the fullness of His love? And how would you know if you did? How is receiving His love like drawing from a well?

3. How do you feel (glad, sad, mad, scared, shame, shocked, etc.) about this main point from Sunday’s message? How did you think God wants you to feel about it?“God’s unlimited love provides limitless love for ourselves and others.”

4. Lectio Divina: 1John 1:1-4. What stands out to you after the second time you read it through. Is it difficult or easy to see how God provides life, fellowship (belonging), and joy as a part of His love for you? How have you experienced these or not from Him?

5. What do these passages say about God's willingness to love those He has created? And what happens to them when they believe? (Deuteronomy 7:9, 2 Chronicles 6:14, John 4:1-28)
