HIGHLIGHT a MYTH
=If I'm always in tune with God, he will guide all my decisions, and I will never have to make any decisions on my own. -wrong-
God's guidance will be there -- but NO parent makes all their kids decisions for them (that's not healthy) - part of helping them grow up and mature is to coach them in making their own decisions.
Becoming a good and godly person requires you to think things out, exercise judgment, sometimes make difficult choices in the face of uncertainty; take accountability - learn & grow…
That process is indispensable for the formation of a human being, and that means that many times in your life when you pray and ask for guidance, God's response is going to be: "You choose." Because you'll never grow if you don't do that.

TRUTH:
Our decisions determine the direction our life takes and our direction will ultimately determine our destination and our outcomes.

Summary:
Proverbs 3:5-6 MEMORIZE
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Good questions lead to better decisions.
Your decisions determine the direction your life takes and the quality of life you’ll experience!
Your regrets (and we all have them) are only a part of your story.
==They don’t have to be the story — your past should remind you, but it DOES NOT have to define you.
Truth:
WE ALL MAKE A LOT OF DECISIONS
WE ALL WANT TO GET BETTER AT MAKING THEM
WISDOM HELPS DO THAT
PURSUE WISDOM
