The Problem of Sin
In the wake of huge mistakes, David acknowledges that sin has been a huge problem in his life from his conception, but that God has also been constantly there, urging him towards wisdom and away from sin. How have you seen this reality in your own life?
The Proposed Solution
David makes 14 pleas to God in a short seven verse section, acknowledging that God is the only one who can restore him to the joy of salvation and give him a spirit to keep him from sin. How does Jesus provide this solution for us as believers?
The Pleasing Sacrifice
David knows that what God wants most of all is a broken and repentant spirit. How can we maintain brokenness and openness before God? How does this brokenness deal with our sin problem?
