God gave Christians a job to do called the Great Commission.
We often experience difficulties in carrying it out.

Flower Bed Maintenance Needed
Spring is finally here and we need help maintaining the church’s flowerbeds. If you're looking for a reason to get out of the house and yet still maintain your social distance, feel free to stop by the church at your convenience and pull weeds from whatever flowerbed catches your eye. If you contact us in advance, we can arrange for the shed to be open so you can get tools; otherwise feel free to bring your own.
Attention Graduates
As we prepare to recognize our college and high school graduates this year, we want to be sure that we don’t miss anybody. If you will be graduating, please contact the church office no later than Sunday, May 30. Also, if you let us know when your graduation open house is, we would be more than happy to publish it in upcoming bulletins. We are planning to recognize our graduates during the morning worship service on Sunday, June 6. For questions or more info, contact Kim in the office.
Camp Scholarships
If you are willing to provide a full or partial camp scholarship, please contact Kim Collins or make a donation to FBC with “Camp” noted on your check. We have students going to both Camp Lake Louise and Lake Ann Camp.
Summer Camp
Students in 7-13th Grade are invited to attend Higher Ground at Lake Louise Camp this summer. Cost is $350 per student. Camp weeks are: 7 & 8th Graders - July 25-31; 9 & 10th Graders - July 11-17; 11, 12, & 13th Graders - August 1-7. You can register online at: https://highergroundatlakelouise.com/. We also have students going to Lake Ann Camp the week of August 2-7. Lake Ann holds camp for grades 4-12 simultaneously. You can register online at https://lakeanncamp.com/. If your child plans to go, please let Kim Collins know as soon as possible.
Children’s Worship HVAC Unit
We are continuing to raise funds to replace the HVAC unit which services the first floor of the addition. So far, we have collected $23,987.69! We are estimating that we will need $30-35,000 for the new unit, so we are making good progress towards covering the expense. Thank you so much for your generosity! If you’d like to contribute towards this project, you can do so online or by noting HVAC on your check.
Blood Drive: 5/27
