A spiritual practice is something we take our bodies into, in order to interrupt our usual thoughts, feelings and patterns enabling us to move more deeply into the life of Christ.

Remembering God’s work in your life can help you share your story with others.
1. Describe a time you needed God.
2. How did God work in your life during that time?
3. How are you different as a result?
4. Who needs to hear this story?
Memory Verse
I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose. 1 Corinthians 1:10 (NLT)
