HOW TO BE HAPPY ACCORDING TO JESUS How do we find true happiness? The Beatitudes—precious promises of Jesus—offer a kingdom path to true happiness. As we embrace these truths, Jesus invites us into new rhythms that lead to flourishing & happiness.

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1–2, ESV)
“God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it. For David says concerning him, “ ‘I saw the Lord always before me, for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken; therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; my flesh also will dwell in hope. For you will not abandon my soul to Hades, or let your Holy One see corruption. You have made known to me the paths of life; you will make me full of gladness with your presence.’” (Acts 2:24–28, ESV)
Happiness Challenge
Over the next 10 weeks we encourage you to reflect and remember the Beatitudes. Save the image to your phone. Read it several times a day. Find a rhythm that works for you. You'll be drawn to Jesus each day and become more like him.

Giving is an act of worship. We acknowledge God as the supreme treasure of our hearts & homes. We give to him as a way of praising and thanking him for his abundant grace toward us. We trust the Father will care for us as he does the rest of creation. It also frees us to live simple lives unhindered from what moth and rust can destroy.
