https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ministrycentered.churchcenter&hl=en_USAs we continue to study the prayers of Jesus, this week we peer into a very dark moment of Jesus’s life.
We saw in weeks 1 and 2 that after Jesus finished the Passover meal with his disciples, he prayed for himself, his disciples, and future believers.
Next, Jesus took his disciples (except Judas, who had already departed in preparation for betraying Jesus) to a garden.
In this place Jesus, in deep sorrow and agony, enters a profound time of personal prayer with his Father, minutes before his betrayal and arrest.

Big Idea: As Jesus is about to face his greatest trial, he experiences overwhelming agony and sorrow and pours out his heart to his Father.
