2. How does Jesus’ institution of the Lord’s Supper connect us to the “new covenant” (Luke 22:20)?
3. When confronted with the dissonance between Jesus’ character made known through the elements of the Lord’s Supper and the apostles who jockey for power in the kingdom, what do you feel? (e.g. frustration with the apostles, identification with the apostles, awe of Jesus, sadness for how close we can be to Jesus and still be so far from His heart)
