Bottom Line: We have to think differently to live differently!
DISCUSSION BREAK:

When have you experienced having to change the way you think to live differently in a new town, a new job, a new school, or any other new environment? How hard was it? How long did it take you to finally start thinking differently so that doing it differently became second nature?
1. THE KINGDOM IS HERE!
DISCUSSION BREAK:

What have most of thought or been taught in terms of when we will experience the Kingdom of Heaven or what that term even means?

Why is it important to embrace the Kingdom of Heaven here and now, rather than thinking we have to wait to experience it IN heaven?

What will change about your thinking in your everyday life if you truly live as if the Kingdom of Heaven is HERE and not just where you go when you die?
2. ENTER THE KINGDOM AND LIVE FOR THE KINGDOM!
DISCUSSION BREAK:

If the culture of heaven were to come to earth, what would we experience here? What would unbelievers notice? Hint: read Revelation 7:15-17 and 21:3-4 for a glimpse of heaven's culture! What would this look like if it truly came to earth?

Thinking through what was described in those passages, how will our lives be different when we are living in and for the Kingdom of Heaven? How will our thinking be changed?
3. PRACTICE KINGDOM THINKING!
4. SEE - FEEL - DO: THE MODEL AND PATTERN JESUS GAVE FOR KINGDOM THINKING!
FINAL DISCUSSION:

1. Read the following passages, and in each one of them identify the following: what did Jesus see, what did He feel, and then what did He do?

Luke 7:12-15
Matthew 9:36-38
Matthew 20:29-34
Mark 6:34

2. How have you experienced the missing step of religion, which is to enter the Kingdom and immediately live for the Kingdom by only attempting to change behavior, but without changing your thinking? How would the see, feel, do pattern of Kingdom Thinking change that and naturally result in you living for the Kingdom?

3. Read Mark 1:16, Luke 5:15-16, and Luke 6:12. What did Jesus do that was imperative to having Kingdom thinking? What can you do this week to do what Jesus did, and how will this impact your own Kingdom thinking?

4. For each of the following, how will this model of Kingdom Thinking - see, feel, do - open up opportunities for...

...you to have spiritual conversations with people where you live, work, and play?
...you to have a personal mission and meet needs of people where you live, work, and play?
...you to be more engaged with the spiritual lives of your family and friends?
...your micro church to have a mission in the community?

NEXT WEEK: Come ready to share one conversation or one need that you are able to meet because of what the Holy Spirit reveals to you as you practice Kingdom Thinking this week!

PRAY TOGETHER
Where and when do you find it most difficult to see, feel, and do? When and when is Kingdom Thinking the most difficult? Each person in the micro church share, and then pray for each other to do that and be part of bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to earth!
