Why did Jeremiah see it different from others?
1. Jeremiah knew the Scriptures, so he knew the ways of God.

One of the reasons God gave us the scriptures is so that we can reliably predict the outcome of certain actions
We are living in a cause and effect universe. Certain causes bring about certain effects.

1. Jeremiah knew the Scriptures, so he knew the ways of God.
2. Jeremiah was acquainted with the voice of God.
People who know God’s Word and God’s Voice march to a different drummer. They are prophetic people.
Our whole life is to be a message from God.
“…you are a letter of Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.” (2 Corinthians 3:3)
God’s chief way of revealing Himself to the world is by transforming people into the image of Jesus and then bringing them into a new community which proclaims and lives out His message.
As His Spirit works in our heart and transforms our life, we become His letter.

There’s a famine for God’s Word in our schools, media, entertainment and social programs.
How to become sensitive to God’s voice:

We are God’s letter. We leave an impression for Christ wherever we go.
