Pastor Phil Ward- How amazing is Holy Spirit?

How amazing is Holy Spirit?
Pastor Phil Ward

John 16:7
“It is to your advantage that I go away that I might send the Holy Spirit to you”

2 Cor. 13:14 (NKJ)
He says: “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

A.) When you talk about Jesus, you immediately talk about His grace.

Acts 15:11 (ESV)
“But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will.”

B.) Then he talks about the “Love of the Father”

Romans 5:10 (CEV)
“Even when we were God’s enemies, He made peace with us, because His Son died for us. Yet something even greater than friendship is ours. Now that we are at peace with God, we will be saved by His Son’s life.

C.) Then he says the “Communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all”

The Greek word for Communion is the word “Koinonia” and that word “Koinonia” has three major definitions.

Firstly (Koinonia) means: “Fellowship” ---What Paul says: “May the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you.

Secondly: Koinonia means: “Partnership” ---Paul says “May the Partnership with the Holy Spirit be with you all”

Thirdly: Koinonia means: “Intimacy”

Acts 20:22-23 (NET)
“And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem
“without knowing what will happen to me there, 23 except that the Holy Spirit warns me in town after town that imprisonment and persecutions are waiting for me.

V.24 (NKJ)
“But none of these things move me…”

Acts 8:26 NKJ)
“Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert.

V.29
the Holy Spirit said to Philip “Go near and overtake the chariot.

1 Cor. 3:9 (AMPC)
“For we are fellow workmen (joint promoters, laborers together) with and for God…”

Acts 15:28
“For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us…”

Matt.13:10-11 (TPT)
“Then his disciples approached Jesus and asked, “Why do you always speak to people in these hard-to-understand parables?”11 He explained, “You’ve been given the intimate experience of insight into the hidden truths and mysteries of the realm of heaven’s kingdom, but they have not.

2 Cor. 13:14 (MSG)
“The intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit, be with you”

How amazing is Holy Spirit!

James 4:5
“the Spirit”who dwells in us “Yearns”

Ps. 139:17-18 (TPT)
“Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me.
