Recognize the sovereignty of God generally and His care for you personally.

Recognize that anxiety does absolutely no good.

I will fret and work hard, then fret some more, because I have to hold everything together. I will work hard, and then I will rest because I know God holds all things together.

Put Jesus first in every area of your life, and live for his Kingdom (and not your own).

Don’t fixate on the temporary. Focus on the eternal.

Worry. Anxiety. Fear of the future. At this point, it's no secret that we live in a society that increasingly struggles with these issues--our young people no less than the old. But Jesus says not to be anxious. He calls us to come to Him, and He offers life and peace.
