- Triggers are a part of life. It is important to remain mindful to never burn bridges, you never know if it will be a pathway you have to take in the future.
- Every one of us is called by God to be leaders in our life. People can forgive almost every type of transgression made by a leader - except one - loosing your cool.
- We must acknowledge when are triggered and commit to living an authentic life that recognizes when we are triggered but operates with the presence of mind to not let one moment of being triggered to set off consequences filled with a lifetime of regret.
