<b>Kids Night Out</b><br>Let’s kick off summer with a fun camping themed Kids Night Out. Kids will enjoy hot dogs, chips, and s’mores for dessert. We will play outside games, enjoy singing songs and telling stories around our (indoor) campsite. Parents enjoy a quiet evening out! The cost is $10 for your first camper and $5 for each additional camper. We’ll provide child care, dinner, crafts, games, &amp; tons of fun. We welcome all kids to join us who are preschool (potty trained and 3 year old) - 5th grade. Invite a friend! For more information contact Tami Richardson at tami@HitTheRiver.com.<br><br><b>River Youth Prayer Partner Banquet</b><br>We will be ending the school year with our annual Prayer Partner Banquet on Sunday, May 20 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. We are inviting all students and their prayer partners to join us for this evening for dinner and some prayer together. If you can make it, RSVP to zach@HitTheRiver.com.<br><br><b>Graduation Sunday</b><br>We will be honoring all students who have graduated high school on Sunday, June 3 during our Sunday morning services. If you would like your student to be honored email zach@HitTheRiver.com by May 29 with the following information: high school they’re graduating from, honors you would like mentioned, future plans (college, military, work force), a baby photo, and a current photo.<br><br><b>River Youth BBQ Night</b><br>Our Student Ministry will be kicking off summer with our annual BBQ Night for all students and their families on Sunday, June 3 from 6:30pm-8:00pm. We will be providing burgers and hotdogs for everyone to enjoy. All we ask is that girls bring chips/cookies to share and guys bring a drink to share. If you have any questions, contact zach@HitTheRiver.com.<br><br><b>Serve City</b><br>The River Church is scheduled to serve the fourth Saturday of every month. The next scheduled serving date is Saturday May 26, from 9:45am-12:00pm. If you are interested in serving, all you need to do is arrive at 9:45am at Serve City and you will be shown how you can help. Serve City is a food pantry that reaches out to needy families in our area. They are located at 622 East Avenue, Hamilton, OH. For more information contact Ginger Spence at 513-720-7347 or email Spenceg3@netzero.net.<br><br><b>Compass Summer Schedule</b><br>- Join us for an afternoon of bowling at Eastern Bowling Lanes in Middleton followed by dinner at 4:00pm Sunday, May 20.<br>- Play a few rounds at Top Golf in West Chester at 11:00am on Saturday, June 30. <br>- Come for a cookout at the Hilty House at 4:30pm Sunday, July 22. <br><br>Compass is for anyone ages 18-20. Whether you are headed off to college in the Fall, or sticking around the area, all are welcome. Bring a friend! For more information call 513-371-3566.<br><br><b>Father’s Day Combined Outdoor Service</b><br>Join us for our outdoor combined service on Sunday, June 17 at 10:30am. Bring your lawn chair and some friends or family. We will have RiverBank Kids open for nursery and toddlers only. Stay after the service and enjoy a smoked pig, grilled hot dogs and free ice cream from the Cone. Please bring either a side dish, dessert, salad, or munchy to share.<br><br><b>Affinity Groups</b><br>Connect with others who share similar interests in a fun and inviting way! Make new River friends while creating natural environments to engage those not yet connected to The River. Affinity Groups can form the basis of long-lasting friendships and community that point you and others to Jesus. Here are the groups for you to choose from: Archery, Card/Board Games, Biking, Photography, Running, Scrapbooking &amp; Crafting. Email your prayer request to prayer@HitTheRiver.com. <br><br><b>Angels Among Us</b><br>There are times in life when we can be in a situation where a meal would be a blessing, such as after giving birth or when dealing with a medical situation. Through our Angels Among Us ministry, you can help people within our church by bringing them a meal. To join, send an email to info@HitTheRiver.com letting us know you’d like to be part of this ministry. When a need arises, you will receive an email asking if you can sign up to bring a meal. If you are in a situation where you could be blessed by a meal, please email us at info@HitTheRiver.com.
