River 101
Interested in learning more about The River Church? Pastor Brad will be teaching our River 101 class on Wednesday, April 11 from 6:15pm-8:30pm. Opening Day for softball is in 24 days on April 24. If you played last year and want to play again please let us know if you have not already done so. There will be practice on Sunday, April 8 at 2:00pm over at Monroe Community Park (412 Old St, Monroe, OH 45050). Please sign up on your connection card so we can add you to the roster.
No Youth Group- Bowling Outing
Because of students being at CIY Believe this weekend, there will be no Youth Group tonight. However, students are invited to go bowling with our adult sponsors at Eastern Lanes in Middletown, OH from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Cost is $10 per person. River Youth Parents - Series Meeting
We will be having a meeting on Sunday, April 15 after the 11:15am service for any parents of students in 6th-12th grade. The meeting will be covering the upcoming love/relationships series that we will be doing in April/May. If you have any questions, contact zach@HitTheRiver.com.
Youth Alliance Game Night
On Sunday, April 15, The River Youth will be going to a game night with different churches at Bethany United Methodist Church (1.5 miles south of The River Church off Cincinnati Dayton Road). The event will be from 4:00pm-6:00pm and will be providing food/snacks for everyone in attendance. All we are asking is that you help provide some non- perishable food items that will be donated to Reach Out Lakota. AHG Fundraiser at MOD Pizza
On Sunday, April 22, MOD Pizza at Liberty Center is running a fundraiser for American Heritage Girls Troop OH0412. The troop will receive 20% of sales all day long from everyone who mentions the fundraiser. The fundraiser will help offset the costs of our upcoming Camporee. Compass Dinner & Game Night

Serve City
The River Church is scheduled to serve the fourth Saturday of every month. The next scheduled serving date is Saturday April 28, from 9:45am-12:00pm. If you are interested in serving, all you need to do is arrive at 9:45 am at Serve City and you will be shown how you can help. Serve City is a food pantry that reaches out to needy families in our area. They are located at 622 East Avenue, Hamilton. Angels Among Us
There are times in life when we can be in a situation where a meal would be a blessing, such as after giving birth or when dealing with a medical situation. Through our Angels Among Us ministry, you can help people within our church by bringing them a meal. To join, send an email to info@HitTheRiver.com letting us know you’d like to be part of this ministry. When a need arises, you will receive an email asking if you can sign up to bring a meal.
