We are so glad you have chosen to attend Dover Assembly this morning. It is not by accident that you are here. We believe that God has allowed you to be here so that you might receive all that He has for you. We pray you are blessed as you allow the Lord to work in your life.

UPCOMING EVENTS

CHURCH PICNIC
The Young Adult Sunday School class will be sponsoring an all-church after-service picnic on Sunday, May 22 immediately following the morning service. They will serve hotdogs and drinks. If you would like attend or if you would like to contribute any side dishes, please indicate that on the sign up sheet in the lower foyer.

BODY NEWS

GREETERS MINISTRY
We want to expand our current greeting ministry team. If you have a warm smile, a caring personality and would like to be on a rotating schedule to welcome our guests to church we need you! Please indicate your willingness to be a part of our team on a blue card in the pew rack. Put your name, phone # and “Greeter” and we will contact you.

WATER BAPTISM & MEMBERSHIP
If you would like to become a voting member of Dover Assembly or would like to follow the Lord in water baptism, please stop by the information center to pick up an application! We will be scheduling a class for each shortly.

PARKING LOT
Because our parking lot is somewhat restricted in space availability we are asking those of us who are able and arrive early, to park further away from the front doors to allow our visitors and those with handicaps to be able to park closer. Thank you as we attempt to make our parking situation easier to navigate!

SINGLE MOMS COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
Dover Assembly is planning an outreach to the single moms in our community in the Fall. It will consist of a free luncheon and we will provide each mom with a bag of groceries. We will need all the church to be involved with this community outreach. Please sign up at the Women’s table in the Upper Foyer if you would like to be a part of this committee.

NURSERY NEWS!
Good News! We will be needing some nursery workers on a rotating basis for our upstairs infant nursery on Sunday mornings during Sunday School and another team during the worship service! If you love itty bitty babies and would love to love on them - we need you! Please let Anna Bender or Deborah Dobbins know, or put your name on a card in the pew and place in the offering or put in Pastor's door.

PARENTS OF NURSERY THRU 6TH GRADERS
If you currently have a child(ren) in the nursery, preschool or ROCK church ministries, please be sure to retrieve your little bundles of joy immediately following the service. If you wish to fellowship after the service, please procure your precious ones first then return to chat. Our workers would greatly appreciate that. Thank you for your cooperation.

VBS TEAM
This year’s VBS is July 18-22. The theme is “Submerged”. “Finding Truth Below the Surface”. We still need adults to be a part of this outreach. If we do not have enough support we will not be able to minister to the children this summer. Please sign up in the lower foyer if you can be a part of our team!
