Intro:
The purpose statement of Lake Country Baptist Church is to “Make disciples through the power of The Gospel.” We can’t emphasize enough how important it is for all of us to see ourselves as disciple makers. To say that we have any greater calling upon our lives than to make disciples would be a fundamental misunderstanding of our existence. This being Mother’s Day, it is a fantastic time to be reminded by God’s Word the responsibility we as parent’s have to disciple the next generation for Jesus, beginning in our homes.
