You must take the upcoming insert with you and give it to them when you order.

YOUTH FUNDRAISER @ HOSS’S
Hoss’s has arranged for Emerge Youth to benefit from our participation in their fund-raising efforts. If we go to Hoss’s on Sunday, March 5, we can receive 20% of the total amount spent if that amount is over $300. We can receive 25% if that amount is over $1200. You must take the upcoming insert with you and give it to them when you order.
We have placed a sign up sheet in the lower foyer so se can have an idea of how many can join us and so we can give Hoss’s a heads up.

WOMEN OF PURPOSE SPRING TOUR
Ladies, mark your calendars now for the upcoming Spring Tours. The tour will be in our location at Christian Life A/G on Saturday, April 29. Cost per person is $30: Students, Single moms and Seniors cost is $20. It includes a boxed lunch. See the sign up sheet for the breakout groups.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
We are beginning to plan for our yearly VBS. Our first meeting will be Mon. Feb. 27. If you are able to be a part of this, please sign up in the lower foyer. Thank you in advance for your help! Mark your calendars-the VBS dates will tentatively be July 10-14.
MEN’S BREAKFAST
Our next breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, March 4 at Old Country Buffet at 8:00. Be sure to sign up and bring a few friends!
WOMEN OF PURPOSE DINNER
The ladies will be going to Bob Evans on March 10 at 6:00. Sign up in the women’s table in the upper foyer and be sure to invite a friend!
YARD SALE
Yes, it’s that time again! Time to start planning for our annual WOP Yard Sale! To make this a grand success, we will need many helpers. There is a sign up sheet on the women’s table in the upper foyer. If you are able to be a part of this, please sign up! It always promises to be a great fund-raiser and time of fellowship.

It has been a few years since our last directory and we are in the initial planning stages for a new one. If you would like to help with this planning, put your name and “directory” on the blue card in the pew rack and place in the offering plate and we will contact you.

Another term we may use for GO is evangelism.
Reaching out to those around us. In our neighborhood and around the world.
Jesus knew that the only way to reach people was by going to them - not waiting for them to come and find him.

The natural inclination of every church or even secular organizations is to slowly move inwardly.
Once a church becomes established, it is easy to focus on what makes us comfortable, what we enjoy about church, how can we make this place pleasing to us.
And we slowly move away from going out to those who need Jesus.

You want to see God move in your life? Step out and seek what He wants first. He will take care of you.
We GO because the Holy Spirit has been given to us for that express purpose!
Worship includes but is not limited to the music. Worship includes fellowship, prayer, preaching, giving, serving, going.
Worship touches each aspect of the church.
“Worship allows the congregation see the character of Christ and the power of Christ connecting to individuals in their daily lives and corporately through the church family.”
We can’t connect, grow, serve go or worship without being actively involved.
