Charge: Tolerate Practical sins, idolatry and sexual sin
Call: Repent while you can! Turn away from sin and to God.

Smyrna and Philadelphia: The Church Alive:
Charge: They are true even in persecution.
Call: Stay faithful and persevere

You will outlast what you are going through!

every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.

The message isn’t just for churches, it is for the individuals that make up the church.

What causes a church to die? Even when they have had a reputation for being alive?

One of the signs of impending death is that the body quits listening to the head.

Who is the head of the church?

Christ - If not Christ the church loses it’s life.
-We have to follow Christ not culture.
-We have to follow Christ not comfort.
-We have to follow Christ not His creation.

If you aren’t striving for Life, you will experience death.

The good news is this was a wake up call, not an obituary!
