Valley—Chris McClarney

You never said it would be easy
You never said there’d be no pain
But You promised You’d go with me
And Your promises You always keep
Lord, I confess how much I need You
I confess that I am weak
I can’t promise I won’t fail You
But Your promises will not fail me
When I’m in the valley
I will fear no evil
When enemies surround me
You prepare a table
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me
There is beauty in the struggle
You don’t waste a single day
Your presence is my shelter
Your presence is my victory
I can’t see it all
But I have seen enough to know
Oh, You are faithful
When I’m in the valley
I will fear no evil
When enemies surround me
You prepare a table
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me
Christ Be Magnified—Cody Carnes

Were creation suddenly articulate
With a thousand tongues to lift one cry
Then from North to South and East to West
We'd hear Christ be magnified
Were the whole earth echoing His eminence
His name would burst from sea and sky
From rivers to the mountain tops
We'd hear Christ be magnified
Oh! Christ be magnified
Let His praise arise
Christ be magnified in me
Oh! Christ be magnified
From the altar of my life
Christ be magnified in me
When every creature finds its inmost melody
And every human heart its native cry
Oh then in one enraptured hymn of praise
We'll sing Christ be magnified
Oh be lifted high, Jesus
Oh! Christ be magnified
Let His praise arise
Christ be magnified in me
Oh! Christ be magnified
From the altar of my life
Christ be magnified in me
I won't bow to idols, I'll stand strong and worship You
And if it puts me in the fire, I'll rejoice 'cause You're there too
I won't be formed by feelings, I hold fast to what is true
If the cross brings transformation then I'll be crucified with You
'Cause death is just the doorway into resurrection life
And if I join You in Your suffering then I'll join You when You rise
And when You return in glory with all the angels and the saints
My heart will still be singing and my song will be the same
Oh! Christ be magnified
Let His praise arise
Christ be magnified in me
Oh! Christ be magnified
From the altar of my life
Christ be magnified in me
Oh! Christ be magnified
Let His praise arise
Christ be magnified in me
Oh! Christ be magnified
From the altar of my life
Christ be magnified in me
What A Beautiful Name--Hillsong

You were the Word at the beginning
One With God the Lord Most High
Your hidden glory in creation
Now revealed in You our Christ
What a beautiful Name it is
What a beautiful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a beautiful Name it is
Nothing compares to this
What a beautiful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
You didn't want heaven without us
So Jesus, You brought heaven down
My sin was great, Your love was greater
What could separate us now
What a wonderful Name it is
What a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a wonderful Name it is
Nothing compares to this
What a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
What a wonderful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
How sweet is your name, Lord, how good You are
Love to sing in the name of the Lord, love to sing for you all?
Death could not hold You, the veil tore before You
You silenced the boast, of sin and grave
The heavens are roaring, the praise of Your glory
For You are raised to life again
You have no rival, You have no equal
Now and forever, Our God reigns
Yours is the Kingdom, Yours is the glory
Yours is the Name, above all names
What a powerful Name it is
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a powerful Name it is
Nothing can stand against
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
You have no rival, You have no equal
Now and forever, Our God reigns
Yours is the Kingdom, Yours is the glory
Yours is the Name, above all names
What a powerful Name it is
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus Christ my King
What a powerful Name it is
Nothing can stand against
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
What a powerful Name it is
The Name of Jesus
See A Victory—Elevation Worship

The weapon may be formed, but it won't prosper
When the darkness falls, it won't prevail
'Cause the God I serve knows only how to triumph
My God will never fail
Oh, my God will never fail
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord (oh yeah)
There's power in the mighty name of Jesus
Every war He wages He will win
I'm not backing down from any giant
'Cause I know how this story ends
Yes, I know how this story ends
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
Gonna worship my way through this battle
Gonna worship my way through, hey
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
I'm gonna see a victory
I'm gonna see a victory
For the battle belongs to You, Lord
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good
You're turning it around
You take what the enemy meant for evil
And You turn it for good
You turn it for good, oh
The wicked are out
The wicked have fallen, Lord
Come on and give a shout out of the truth
Lift your voice
Lift your voice

COVID-19 Precautions will be in effect for any in person meeting we have.
If you feel ill or uncomfortable with meeting in person, please stay at home. We will live stream any event we have, so you will not miss out. If you do join us in person, we will be meeting outside; there will be sanitation stations set up with hand sanitizer, extra masks (masks are optional since we are meeting outside), and temperature taking. Children will remain with their families during the service activities.

NDA Kids Church: We will not be having a separate in person Kids Church for out Kids when we meet during the summer. Pastor Lisa will be doing a special "Kids Portion" during the regular service and they will have access to the outdoor play equipment during the remainder of the service. NDA will continue to provide a weekly video teaching for the children through the end of the summer. If you would like more information on this, please email Jackie Smith, Jackie@northdallasag.church.

Live streaming: NDA will continue to live stream all services throughout the summer (including on the dates we will have an in-person service). Links to the livestream will be posted on Facebook. If you do not have access to Facebook, please email us for the Vimeo link, info@northdallasag.church.

Next In-Person Meeting: June 14, 2020 at 10 am (Father's Day) outside in the courtyard at Claire's Day School, 5608 Northaven Road, Dallas. We will be live streaming this event. Please join us as we say good-bye to Jake and Jessica Epperson, as they will be moving for Jake to attend law school. Lunch will be provided, as well as a special gift for all of the "Dads" of NDA.

Phase 2 church reopening plans: Our Governor's next announcement is scheduled for Jun 15, after that communication, we will make decisions regarding what our Phase 2 will look like. We will keep you informed as we receive further information after that date.

What can we do as a church family to prepare for our reopening and beyond? You all are the most important assets of North Dallas Assembly. Without you, we don't have a church. We thank you for your ongoing commitment and faithfulness to the ministry of NDA. Your continuing commitment is vital for us as we move forward into what God has planned for us next. We need your prayer support. Join us as we set aside Wednesday mornings, for the remainder of the summer up to our anniversary in September (there are 17 more until then) for prayer (and fasting, if you are able). Our specific prayer points/needs are:

§ Scriptures we are praying together as a community: Deuteronomy 33:13-16 (specifically, for “the favor of him who dwelt in the burning bush”); Luke 10:1-4 (specifically, for labors [see below]), and Ephesians 6:10-20 (specifically, for the spiritual battles we face ahead).

§ For our re-opening: Pray that God relieves the fears and anxieties related to re-opening after the pandemic. Pray that our church family continues to stay well and Corona-free. Pray for God’s wisdom for the church leadership team as they make decisions related to the re-opening plan.

§ For laborers: We have an immediate need for a Family Life Pastor. When we re-open we will need to be able to provide nursery care and children’s church. We have a small stipend to help whoever God sends us, but we need God’s provision quickly to fill this need.

§ For our facility: Our growth has caused us to outgrow our current space. Pray that we have the “favor of the one who dwelt in the burning bush” for our new location, for the needs of our sister church so that they can transition back into their home facility smoothly, the finances and other physical resources we will require to move to a new space, and our favor with the church board of the Korean Church.

§ For our ongoing impact and influence in our neighborhood and to the nations.

§ For the spiritual battle ahead: God has a GREAT plan for us, but we know God’s plans are always met with GREAT opposition from the enemy camp. Pray for endurance to stand while God fights for us as a church body.
