These stats are a painful and provocative look at the alignment of evangelicals for this year's vote. We must ask ourselves the searching and painful question: why is the body of Christ so fundamentally divided along ethnic lines?

This article, from the Atlantic, examines the racial fissure that exists among evangelicals which this year's presidential election reinforces. Interesting read because this is how a thoughtful secular magazine views the evangelical Church in America. Is this the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17?
